Unfortunately, not everyone can accommodate the B1, K1 or G1 Giya’s in their listening rooms. Due to customer demand for the Vivid Audio sound in a smaller package, the V1.5 was developed to be used in situations where the larger models would not physically fit. However, it was crucial to the Vivid Audio engineers that the character of sound remained on a par with the larger models.

The V1.5 is based on many of the same principles as the rest of the range. A 2-way design, it uses the same high frequency drive unit as the larger models, which is married to a single bass driver mounted on the front of the cabinet. Although a more conventional design, the V1.5 doesn’t lose any of the Vivid Audio character as it employs the same cabinet material and attention to detail as its larger siblings.

Although a smaller floorstanding model than the B1 and K1, the V1.5 continues the Vivid Audio story with an integrated stand made from the same material as the cabinet. This time, three custom machined spikes are supplied for extra rigidity to give the ideal mechanical connection to the floor.
